That's all of Kitsap County... plus parts of Mason County and Jefferson County.

He may stray a little if a particular property is of interest to a client whose main focus is on his regular market area.

Doug's regular practice includes homes... both new and resale houses, condominiums, and townhouses... and residential land for sale.

Although he was a commercial real estate investor from 1981 to 1988, his work on commercial properties has been limited since then.

Languages

During his lifetime Doug has studied Russian, German, Latin and Legalese.

But his functional language is English.
